Demonstrations highlight dedication of Digital Media Center for the Arts

As part of the Nov. 10 ceremonies marking the dedication of the new Digital Media Center for the Arts (DMCA), School of Drama faculty member David Chambers (far left) used the center's interactive telecommunications capability to lead a live rehearsal with students at St. Petersburg Academy of the Dramatic Arts in Russia. Located in renovated space on the first floor of 149 York St., the DMCA is a multi-media, state-of-the-art facility dedicated to exploring how digital technology can advance education and promote interdisciplinary interactions in the arts.
