Winter Youth Days

The Athletics department is sponsoring a series of Winter Youth Days. On Saturday, Jan. 30, at 3 p.m. the women's basketball game versus Harvard will be featured; on Saturday, Feb. 6, at 7 p.m. the men's basketball game against Columbia will be the main event; and on Saturday, March 6, at 1:30 p.m. the women's hockey game versus Northeastern will be featured.

Free admission is offered to all youths under age 14. Youth day activities include autograph sessions with players and coaches and, if prior arrangements are made, public announcements for individual groups and organizations. For more information, call 432-1403.


Child Conduct Clinic programs

The Yale Child Conduct Clinic has announced that its parenting group, "Parent Enrichment," is offering a three-week program on Wednesdays and Thursdays beginning Feb. 3 and 4 at 6 p.m. This program is intended for parents of children aged two through eight who are not experiencing serious behavioral problems but may have trouble following directions, handling disappointments or who engage in tantrums. Babysitting will be available. To register, call 432-9763.

The clinic is also currently accepting children aged two through 13 1/2 who display aggressive and oppositional behavior at home and/or at school. Call the intake coordinator at 432-9993 for more information.
