Event offers tips on how to have tough discussions
"Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss What Matters Most" will be the topic of the Quinnipiac-Yale Dispute Resolution Workshop, being held on Monday, Nov. 22, at 4:30 p.m. in the faculty commons of the Quinnipiac College School of Law, 275 Mount Carmel Ave. in Hamden.
The featured speakers will be Sheila Heen and Douglas Stone, who are the founding principals of Difficult Conversations, Inc. They were formerly affiliated with the Harvard Program on Negotiation.
