Oscar-winning alumna

Alumna actress Frances McDormand, who won an Academy Award for her role as the sherriff in the film "Fargo," talked about her years at the Yale School of Drama during a master's tea at Ezra Stiles College on Nov. 2. McDormand also described the differences between acting on film and on the stage, and said she continues to work in both.
