Sophomore Chris Leanza (Parma, OH) hit the game-winning shot against Army, a three-pointer from 25 feet as time expired. In his last six games Leanza averaged 20.2 points and four assists. During that stretch he shot 51.1% (23 of 45) from three-point range. Leanza has made at least one three-pointer in 21 straight games dating back to last season.
Senior Neil Yanke (Akron, OH) grabbed the 500th rebound of his career against Holy Cross. Against Army, Yanke had one of his best games of the season, scoring 19 points and grabbing seven rebounds in 31 minutes.

Freshman Bonnie Smith (Oakland, ME) scored a career-high 14 points against Binghamton. She hit 5 of 8 shots from the field in 17 minutes off the bench.
Senior Alyson Miller (Skokie, IL) had a pair of strong games. She pulled down nine rebounds against Binghamton and scored 14 points against Army.

Junior Dan Lombard (Andover, MA) made 50 saves in the two games against Michigan State, which was ranked first in the nation.
Assistant coach C.J. Marottolo ran the team in the two games in Michigan because head coach Tim Taylor was serving as an assistant coach for the United States Junior Olympic team that was competing in Finland and Moscow.

Senior George Gleason (St. Croix, Virgin Islands) was a triple winner in the victory over Army. He captured the 100 (45.50) and 200 (1:39.52) freestyles and the 200 individual medley (1:54.26).

Sophomore Bates Gregory (Duxbury, MA) won both the one- and three-meter diving events against Army. Other winners for the Bulldogs were senior Meredith Bryarly (Conroe, TX) in the 50 freestyle (24.50) and sophomores Heidi Kraus (Irvine, CA) in the 1,000 freestyle (10:15.11), Catey Bradford (Portage, MI) in the 200 freestyle (1:54.61), Susan Cooke (Vero Beach, FL) in the 200 individual medley (2:08.65) and Danielle Baron (Dallas, TX) in the 200 butterfly (2:07.76).
