The Yale Psychiatric Alumni Association will hold its bi-annual meeting, titled "Contemporary Treatments in Geriatric Psychiatry," on Friday, Oct. 20, at the Connecticut Mental Health Center auditorium, 34 Park St.
Speakers will include Dr. J. Craig Nelson, Holly G. Prigerson, Dr. Charles F. Reynolds III and Dr. Christopher H. Vandyck. Distinguished Service awards will be given to Dr. Herbert D. Kleber of Columbia University and Dr. Albert J. Solnit, Sterling Professor Emeritus, at Yale.
The conference, which begins with registration at 9:30 a.m and concludes at 5 p.m., is open to all members of the Yale community. Lectures are free; a registration fee of $40 includes luncheon and dinner. For more information, visit the association's website at www.info. med.yale.edu/psych.
