U.S.-China Forum to focus
on the global marketplace

Yale will be the site of a U.S.-China Forum titled "Bringing Knowledge and Innovation to the Global Marketplace."

The event, which will be held on Friday, March 23, is sponsored by the Chinese Association for Science and Technology USA and its chapters in Connecticut, Los Angeles and Washington, D.C., in cooperation with the Association of Chinese Students and Scholars at Yale, the Chinese Culture Center of Connecticut and the World Affairs Council of Connecticut.

The forum will bring together global leaders in business, science and technology, and education to explore such topics as: how scientific discovery and technological innovation can advance society; how companies can build and maintain global leadership positions; and how the United States and China can address the challenges of and explore the opportunities resulting from globalization.

The event will include panels, roundtable discussions and networking sessions, as well as lunch, dinner and a reception.

For a schedule, a list of featured speakers and registration information, visit www.UCForum.org.
