Junior faculty earn second
terms in endowed posts
Two members of the junior faculty have been named to second terms in endowed
posts.
Khalilah L. Brown-Dean has been reappointed as the Peter Strauss Family Assistant
Professor of Political Science and African American Studies. Her research focuses
on American politics, mass political behavior, criminal justice and political
psychology.
Christine Jacobs-Wagner has been reappointed as the Maxine F. Singer ’57
Ph.D. Asssociate Professor of Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology.
She is studying how cells control their own development — particularly,
the protein dynamics of living cells and the ways cells create and maintain a
defined shape.
Both appointments are for three years and are effective immediately.
