papers on ‘cutting-edge’ topics in law

Law students from around the country will present papers on cutting-edge topics in international and comparative law during the sixth annual Young Scholars Conference on Saturday, March 1.

The first panel begins at 9:45 a.m. and will be moderated by Yale Law School Dean Harold Hongju Koh. The second panel, beginning at 11:30 a.m., will be moderated by Columbia University law professor Lori Fisler Damrosch ’73 B.A., ’76 J.D. The third panel, at 2 p.m., will be moderated by Emory University law professor Robert B. Ahdieh ’97.

The keynote address for the conference will be given by T. Alexander Aleinikoff, dean of the Georgetown Law Center, at 5 p.m.

All events take place at the Law School, 127 Wall St.

The conference is free and open to the public. For more information, including the complete conference schedule, visit the YJIL website at www.yale.edu/yjil. Questions regarding the conference may be sent to yjil.conference@yale.edu.
