'Post-Coitals, Pre-Nuptials' rescheduled

The reading of the comedy "Post-Coitals, Pre-Nuptials" by Yale playwright Alexander Woo -- which was cancelled earlier this spring -- has been rescheduled for Monday, April 14, at 7 p.m. in the Experimental Theatre in the basement of the University Theatre, 222 York St.

The work by Mr. Woo, a third-year student at the School of Drama, is part of the series "Yale Playwrights at the Rep: Plays by the Graduating Class," sponsored by the drama school and the Yale Repertory Theatre.

"Post-Coitals, Pre-Nuptials" follows the exploits of Daniel and Marie, two childhood friends living on opposite coasts, who engage in a series of bizarre affairs as they struggle with apprehension over their impending marriages.

The reading is free and open to the public; however, reservations are required due to space limitations. Call 432-1570 to make reservations.

The actors participating in the April 14 reading will be announced several days prior to the performance. Earlier playreadings have included award-winning actors Boyd Gaines, Jennifer Dundas and Patricia Kilgarriff.
