Theological parliament. Students and alumni of the Yale Divinity School, the Hartford Seminary and Connecticut College took part in a travel seminar offered in conjunction with the Parliament of the World's Religions held in June in Barcelona, Spain. The for-credit seminar, which was led by faculty from the three institutions, was designed to enhance the participants' experience of the parliament, which brought together over 8,000 academics, practitioners and activists from the around the world to explore the theme "Pathway to Peace: The Wisdom of Listening, the Power of Commitment." The Dalai Lama and Bishop Desmond Tutu were among the featured speakers.
