State-of-the-art center on Long Wharf
will be home to two Yale medical clinics

This summer the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the School of Medicine is moving two of its medical practices -- Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine -- to a new center on Long Wharf.

The Maternal-Fetal Medicine center opens Monday, July 15, while the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility center opens Monday, August 11. Both will be located at 150 Sargent Dr.

The new center is designed to better serve patients' needs. It will feature an expanded staff and services, increased hours, more examination and consulting rooms, and free parking.

The state-of-the-art facility features a team of groundbreaking physicians, nurses, emotional support specialists and others providing an integrated and collaborative approach to infertility and high-risk pregnancies.

The Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility center serves woman who are trying to become pregnant, going through menopause or experiencing pelvic pain. Its services include egg donation and gestational surrogacy, preimplantation genetic diagnosis, minimally invasive pelvic surgery, menopause counseling and therapy, and more. It is open 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and 7:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. For information, call (203) 785-4708.

The Maternal Fetal Medicine center serves women who are concerned about preterm delivery, have experienced previous pregnancy loss, or have a history of inherited genetic disorders. Its services include prenatal testing and diagnosis, first trimester screening, genetic counseling and more. It is open 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. For information, call (203) 785-5682.
