Long Service Awards

Over 200 Yale employees were cited for their contributions and commitment to the University at this year's Long Service Awards Dinner, held June 16 in the Presidents Room of Woolsey Hall.

The annual event honors employees who are marking a milestone anniversary, beginning at 25 years. During the dinner, officers of the University pay tribute to each individual employee.

The two longest-serving employees at this year's event were Janet Clayton, financial assistant at the University Library, and Fay Gomes, manager of histology in the Department of Pathology. The names of the other employees honored this year follow:

40 years: Malcolm Blue, Copeland MacClintock, Linda McDonough, Johnny Moore, Victor Pantani and Carol Swiech-Tetukevich.
