Life Balance Retreat

The Learning Center will sponsor a "Life Balance Retreat" at the Mercy Center in Madison, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., on Friday, Aug. 2.

The cost of the event is $90 for members of the University community and $110 for non-members. To register, visit the website at www.yale.edu/learningcenter.


Call for art

The sixth in a series of art exhibits is being planned for the Yale Physicians Building Art Place. The exhibit will open on Oct. 3.

Artists from the University, medical center and hospital communities are invited to submit their work for consideration. Artists must complete an application and submit a portfolio of work with a minimum of 10-15 prints, slides or the actual works, between Aug. 12 and Aug. 16.
