In conjunction with its current exhibition "Machu Picchu: Unveiling the Mystery of the Incas," the Peabody Museum of Natural History sponsored an academic symposium on "The Archaeology of Inca Cuzco" April 25-26.
The event -- also sponsored by the National Endowment for the Humanities and Yale's Council of Latin American and Iberian Studies -- brought experts from around the world to campus to discuss the culture and legacy of the Inca.
