M&P golf tournament

The Department of Human Resources is sponsoring the 16th annual Howard Parish Memorial Golf Tournament for managerial and professional (M&P) employees.

The event is scheduled for Monday, June 13, beginning with a sign-in procedure at noon. Teams, each consisting of four players, will commence play at 1 p.m. A reception and awards ceremony will take place 5:30-7 p.m.

All M&P employees are eligible to participate. The fee is $15 for members of the Yale Golf Course and $60 for non-members. Payment is required by June 4 or by payroll deduction. No cash will be accepted. No refunds will be made for cancellations after June 4.

Hair drive

Locks of Love, a nonprofit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children with long-term medical hair loss from cancer treatments, alopecia and severe burns, will sponsor a hair drive on Monday, April 18.

Individuals who donate $25 to the organization will receive a free haircut from Rimage Salon & Spa. The event will take place 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Hall of Graduate Studies, 320 York St.
