Five students have been selected as inaugural Dwight Hall Management Fellows.

The fellows selected for 2002-2003 are: Katherine Capelluto '04 of Berkeley College; Randolph Cardona '04 of Saybrook College; Brian Goldman '05 of Jonathan Edwards College; Marissa Kellogg '03 of Ezra Stiles College; and Kira Ryskina '03 of Silliman College.

Management Fellows will help plan and implement Dwight Hall's ongoing Capital Campaign to raise money for building renovations and its endowment. In addition, they will tackle a diversity of projects in the areas of organizational strategy, financial planning and administration, marketing, grantwriting and fundraising.

The mission of the Dwight Hall Management Fellows Program is to educate undergraduates about the issues involved with the management of nonprofit organizations.

Fellows will be exposed to these issues through hands-on work directly with the Dwight Hall professional staff and with an adviser from the Yale School of Management. They will also participate in formal training and weekly dinner meetings featuring discussions with nonprofit leaders.
