Is there a nurse in the house?

Students from St. Peter's/Sacred Heart School in New Haven came to the School of Nursing recently for a talk on the rewards of a career in nursing and some hands-on instruction in the fundamentals of how to take a pulse, examine the eyes and ears, etc. Photos by Michael Marsland.

Above left: Sonique Paige takes a turn playing the patient as a classmate examines her ears. Above right: Linda Honan Pellico (far right), the School of Nursing lecturer who led the class, explains to the students how stitches work.
